Technical Round:-

It is most important round in the whole process.

Usually it happens for more than 1 hour.

Tell about yourself?

Why less rank in EAMCET?

Why you choose IT branch only?

Questions on scheduling algorithms.

And he asked me to explain the linked list? And some basic questions on linked list? And one small program also (I didn’t remember it exactly)?

He asked me to explain the sorting mechanisms? And he asked some questions on time complexcities.

And two aptitude questions?

  1. You entered the room. And there are two doors inside the room. If you open the wrong door you will die. You should ask only one question to the security over there(There is no guarantee that he won’t lie) and open the right door in only one attempt. How it is possible explain?
  2. I didn’t remember this but it is easy.

I answered almost all the questions except one or two.

We need to be strong at basics get through this round.

HR Round:-

Tell something about yourself apart from your resume?

About family background.

What you learnt from your school and college.

Will work in the night shifts?

Why only Broadridge?

What are things you liked mostly in BVRIT?

You studied in telugu medium up to Inter, how you feel B.Tech(Easy/Difficult/Average).I said for first 6 months it was difficult. After that I felt some subjects are tough. Then he asked me what those subjects are? I said Principles of communications and Electronics Devices and Circuits.

Any plans for higher studies?

How long will you work for Broadridge?

MR Round:-

Why 22% drop from Inter to B.Tech? I said I concentrated more on improving my skills(Both technical and communication). And I said we organized few events, we learnt many things from those etc.. I tried my level best. I was able to 70+.

Then he asked me about my native place? Where exactly it is located. I said near to siddipet. Then we had some discussion on telangana for 2 to 3 minutes. During the discussion he asked me what are the benefits that telangana people will have if it is separated from AP.

And some discussion on Broadridge business and their products?

He explained why they separated from ADP and their role in finance industry in USA and UK?
